Juadah for Iftar...

Ini lah juadah berbuka hadiahdarihati kali ini..begedil daging, resepi yang diadaptasikan dari member ku Kayla yang buat bisnes begedil ye di bumi Melbourne.., Thanks Kayla for the recipe...
She called this as "Baby Begedil"
Recipe (Reproduced from Kayla, 2008)
1. Potatoes - boil them to the the point where they're just soft enough for the fork to go through (or they can also be diced into pieces and fried). I used half boiled and half fried, coz didn't want the begedil to be too soft later
2. Tiny pieces or Ground Chicken or Ground Beef - fry them with diced onions, with some salt n pepper, and put aside
3. Onions - Dice them
4. Celery - Dice them really tiny, both stems n leaves can be used
5. Salt & Pepper to your taste
6. Mix them. Make sure they are not too mashed. Leave some potatoes to be in chunks.
7. Ball ur potatoes. Make them small - easier to fry and they won't fall apart. Smaller sizes are more fun to eat.
8. Eggs - beat them. and roll your potato balls in the egg, and deep fry those baby begedil.
Tips
Remember: fry them gently. baby begedil are so fragile! each baby begedil deserves your full care and attention :)
Baby begedil are to love. And you get to eat them!!!

caya laaa geng! smlm 80 of those babies sold out within less than 1 hour! alhamdulillahhh.. kami terlambat, katenye siap ada 'begedil fans' yg cari those babies tauuu.. heheheh ada yg siap nak buat rusuhan begedil tak sampai lagi! hahah ok ok part yg tu tipu je laa.. hehehe long live baby bergs!!
